Such a warrant did exist but it was removed on 11/21/94 by a detective Yates (813) 247-8000 because the prosecutor supposedly decided not to extradite. The warrant is still valid but will only be acted upon within Florida. Rumor in another thread has it that the warrant was taken out because someone in California requested that it be done. If Mr. Ingram or one of his rogue cop buddies at LAPD did this it is a federal offense. So I filed a report with the complaint duty agent at FBI Los Angeles today. This will not be acted upon unless it can be shown that there is reason to believe that the decision to have the warrant removed came from other than the prosecutor in the case. The prosecutor is a Mr. Bard (813) 274-1316 so you might want to call and ask him if it is his decision not to seek extradition. If the situation changes notify me by posting on ARS (I am closing this account in a couple of days) and I will find Mr. Ingram. I might add that with the number of people that have information on Mr. Ingram out there, playing the kind of tricks that were played on Grady Ward's mother is very ill advised. I've found that even outside of ARS, there are many who would like to see the guy put away and will use any mistakes Ingram makes to do just that. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- __ __ ____ ___ ___ ____ abcdefg@primenet.com /__)/__) / / / / /_ /\ / /_ / / / \ / / / / /__ / \/ /___ / ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Article 72595 of alt.religion.scientology: Path: news.primenet.com!news.sprintlink.net!cs.utexas.edu!math.ohio-state.edu!uwm.edu!usenet From: Dick Cleek Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology Subject: Re: Personal Information on Eugene Ingram Wanted Date: 1 Jun 1995 18:40:28 GMT Organization: Univ.of Wisconsin Centers Lines: 24 Message-ID: <3ql1is$lki@uwm.edu> References: <3q8bfp$e38@news4.primenet.com> <3q8n6j$i25@camelot.ccs.neu.edu> <3qb4kn$l6u@news4.primenet.com> <3qjrb4$r1e@news.primenet.com> <3ql0b1$aq0@news1.shell> NNTP-Posting-Host: 143.235.54.99 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Mailer: Mozilla 1.1N (Windows; I; 16bit) hkhenson@shell.portal.com (H Keith Henson) wrote: >abcdefg@primenet.com wrote: >: This will not be acted upon unless it can be >: shown that there is reason to believe that the decision to have the >: warrant removed came from other than the prosecutor in the case. Now this is getting a little confusing. abc...tells us that Mr.Bard is the prosecutor in the case. Keith calls Mr.Bard, who gets hostile on hearing abc...'s statement. All of my contacts with the Florida State's Attorney have been with Mr.Keen(?) Bard. He has been very helpful if not exactly garrulous. He never told me he was the prosecutor in the Ingram case and I wonder if abc...has mis-spoken here? I have never posted Mr.Bard's name, BTW. I'd appreciate it if abc...would clear this up. ----------- Dick Cleek
