I called the Florida State's Attorney again. They were "concerned" : that Mr. Ingram had been removed from the NCIC. They were "interested" in : the mistaken fax photo episode. CoS is well known for infiltrating Law Enforcement Agencies, and tampering with government records as well. My bet is that this would be a federal offense.
