We need medals for those of you who go above and beyond mere posting. : Order of the Clam. Ahem, I have some news. Jay Pruner called me back this morning (813-222-2225). He had some interesting news. He assigned investigating the Gene Engram warrant to Keen Bard. Mr. Bard reported back to him that the warrant was *never* in the NCIC, just in the FCIC (Florida's local list). After due consideration of the charges (they are a 3rd class--the lowest-- felony warrant) they decided they *should* list it in the NCIC. This was done a week ago. The listing may be up by now, and will be up before the end of the month (Mr. Pruner was amazed that it took this long for a warrant to be listed. If some of you find this information wrong, please let me know, and I will relay it to Mr. Pruner.) Anyway, if abcdefg or anyone else gets a line on "Clean Gene," and the listing has not made it into the data base, call Jay Pruner, and he will verify that it is in process, and that they do indeed want ol' Gene.
